Nichole Fecteau

Nichole Fecteau is a “reverse snowbird”, growing up in Safety Harbor, FL and settling in Berwick, ME 20+ years ago. She takes great pride in serving her community through various boards and committee work, which has lent the opportunity to spearhead many projects. These include developing a public trail system, a community canoe/kayak access point on the Salmon Falls River, and serving on a Brownfield steering committee, cleaning up and designing a new downtown.

An avid real estate investor, she has hands-on experience with renovating, flipping, property management and being a landlord, currently managing 13 personal properties.
She also raises 2 teenage sons and snuggles a houseful of cats and dogs. When not saving the world or making dinner, she operates a successful real estate business and is keen to help buyers and sellers in Southern Maine and NH with their real estate goals. Whether buying, selling or investing, she brings 10+ years experience to the table and is known by her clients as a bulldog negotiator.
