Brie Stephens started her real estate career as a part-time agent, only selling two homes per year. Still, she made more money in real estate than she did working her previous full-time job. Brie Stephens
Brie is a what they call a lake life die-hard. She loves the lake and everything surrounding its lifestyle. She grew up on different lakes in the region and her passion for real estate began at a very young age. She used to take her Boston Whaler out on the lake at the age of 13 and took photos and real estate magazines with her and set out to find the homes and study and compare them and their prices!
Boating is her favorite past time, getting out over the water and part-taking in water sports is what she enjoys to do in her free-time during the warmer months. During the winter skiing and snowshoeing is always an adventure with her golden retriever, Braun. All year-round she loves to go hiking. With so many different trails in the area it is always an adventure even when she runs into the casual bear every now and then!
From Moultonborough, Brie is very involved within her community. She loves to interview local businesses and have spotlights on local events as well as feature community heroes int he Lakes Region. Video marketing is what Brie loves and has really made an impact on the community. She is a part of the NH Home Builders Association and co-chair for the annual Parade of Homes. She was also just appointed as a member of the town of Moultonborough’s Community Development Advisory Committee. Brie also is a part of the Lakes Region Board of Realtor’s communication committee. She loves to give back to the community and make an impact in it. Her Client Choice Charity Program has taken off where each commission she earns she donates to a charity of the clients choosing.
