Gina Tufano

A Virginia Realtor since 1996, Gina Tufano has successfully closed hundreds of real estate transactions between buyers and sellers of the Northern Virginia community.

Gina is known as Loudoun County’s resident real estate expert largely due to her extensive knowledge of local neighborhoods, unbeatable communication, and her keen negotiation skills.

As the national and local markets began their economic downturns, Gina witnessed first-hand the devastation felt by homeowners faced with multiple distressed situations. She immediately sought education from the national real estate community and joined the campaign to SAVE HOMEOWNERS FROM FORECLOSURE. She earned her CERTIFIED DISTRESSED PROPERTY EXPERT designation so she could do whatever she could to work with homeowners and their banks to find a better solution to foreclosure. Gina also received the Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource (SFR) designation from The National Association of REALTORS.
