Ryan Lundquist

Ryan Lundquist is a residential real estate appraiser and housing market analyst. He has been appraising full-time since 2003 and his clients include home owners, real estate agents, attorneys, governmental agencies, tax professionals, and others. Ryan handles appraisals for estate settlement, divorce, pre-listing, and other types of private matters. He is able to serve as an expert witness in court and he is available for various types of market data visualization projects.

Ryan speaks regularly about housing market trends as well as teach appraisal-related classes. He has been involved with the Sacramento Association of Realtors for more than a decade and he was awarded the Affiliate of the Year in 2014. Ryan also speaks at most local real estate associations in the region. He has been a member or board member of the Real Estate Appraisers Association of Sacramento for many years. Sacramento Magazine listed him as a notable business leader to watch in 2021.
