Dan Baltzer
Dan holds a Master’s degree in Organization Development from the University of St. Thomas and worked in the Human Capital field nearly 10 years with a recent focus on change management. He knows how to bring people through change and make order from what can be chaos, and have hands-on experience as a real estate investor to help both buyers and sellers make great decisions during their real estate transaction process. Dan is known for his laugh and authentic enjoyment of life.
Dan is a husband, father of 4, man of faith, friend, and driven professional. As an agent, instructor, and real estate investor, Dan has helped hundreds of people obtain their next step in in life via real estate; from first time home buyers to sophisticated investors, Dan brings his corporate strategy development experience to pick up where you are and move from there. Leveraging his ability listen and help other define their vision, facilitate productive dialogue around strategy, and drive action, Dan supports clients far above and beyond most others in his profession – Dan often times becomes a coach, a resource, a trusted advisor, and friend to his clients; many of whom continue to check in with him even after their real estate needs have waned. He gives freely of his time, knowledge, skills and abilities from coaching youth sports, teaching real estate investors, to just being a good listener when that is all that is needed; Dan works tirelessly to increase the good in the world through maximizing the potential of others. In his spare time, he loves coaching soccer, participating in water sports, and spending time with family.
