Edna Keep
Edna Keep loves to make money! To do so, she focuses primarily on real estate investments. In a little more than six years, Edna and her husband Warren have grown their real estate portfolio to over 388 doors with an estimated value of $40 million. All except the first two properties were bought with the help of OPM (other people’s money)! They own 14 doors personally and the rest with Joint Venture Partners, mostly passive Investors who are looking for a great return without being involved.
Edna certainly hasn’t led a “silver spoon” life. At the age of sixteen, she had a child and dropped out of high school. She later completed school, and then began a series of waitress and secretarial jobs, all as a single mother. What carried her from “there” to “here”? Two words: personal development.
Edna loves studying about personal development and business. She’s bought and read thousands of books on attitude, goal setting, living with passion, and so on. Edna has attended numerous seminars and listened to countless audio programs. Edna and Warren have traveled throughout Canada, the United States and other parts of the world to attend seminars put on by some of the best speakers and entrepreneurs. She has done all this with one simple goal in mind: to get better.
Edna’s vision is to empower people through educating them on financial options. By building wealth, you can change your family legacy and create a freedom that only true prosperity can offer.
Too many people give their power away by “letting someone else take care of them”, not rising to the challenge of being the best they can be, playing small, and listening to others instead of themselves.
Edna wants to help you create YOUR own identity; something YOU can be proud of!
