Haley Ingram
Haley Ingram’s journey in the real estate industry began as a marketing intern at a brokerage, where she obtained her real estate license in 2017. With a passion for graphic design and marketing, Haley found herself at odds with the traditional approaches of cold calling and door knocking advocated by her brokerage. She questioned why the power of free social media marketing wasn’t being utilized more effectively in the real estate sector.
Driven by her love for creative marketing, Haley created an Instagram account to promote her real estate business. This venture into the digital world proved successful as she began to generate leads through Instagram. Her success didn’t go unnoticed; other real estate agents, recognizing her adeptness in this domain, reached out for assistance with their social media strategies.
Haley’s role soon expanded beyond her own marketing efforts. She began managing social media for other agents and ventured into selling customized logos and templates on Etsy. This experience laid the groundwork for what would become Coffee & Contracts in 2019. The platform quickly gained traction, enabling Haley to transition to working on it full-time within a few months of its inception.
Today, Haley focuses on empowering real estate professionals with the tools and knowledge to harness free organic marketing on social media. Her aim is to provide alternatives to traditional and often uncomfortable marketing methods like door knocking and cold calling, helping agents to thrive in the digital marketing landscape.
