Joe Fairless started out climbing the corporate ladder at a New York City ad agency, from junior project manager to a vice president. Before his 30th birthday, Joe decided to leave the industry and invested in learning real estate while working full-time. He then created his real estate investing company, Fairless Investing and a few months later, he closed on a 168-unit apartment community and had to raise over $1,000,000 from private investors. Joe now controls over $7,000,000 worth of real estate, and offers advice to hundreds of eager students through his own real estate investing podcast, “Best Real Estate Investing Advice Ever.”
