Linzee Ciprani got her start in real estate like most do – working for someone else. Now, thanks to her strong entrepreneurial spirit, she runs two businesses in the real estate sphere: Round Table Real Estate Services and Ciprani Consulting. Today, Linzee shares how she made the incredible jump from an administrative position at someone else’s real estate business to owner and CEO of multiple companies. Linzee Ciprani

Linzee has been in the Real Estate business since 2011.  She worked for one of the top agents in the Country helping to take him and his team to #1 in Chester County.  As the Business Manager there Linzee had the chance to hire, train and lead many agents before taking on the role of Listing Manager.  As Listing Manager Linzee focused primarliy on all of the listings for the entire company helping to provide great leadership to the listing team and great customer service to the teams clients.

In August of 2014, Linzee decided it was time to venture out on her own.  She opted to start her own business where she could begin to truly utilize her extensive negotiation skills and top notch marketing skills for her own clients.  Linzee hopes to build her business over the next 5 years into a team where she can help others have a career they love while giving back to the community she loves.
