Matt Donnelly and Mike Sroka

Born and raised in Conshohocken PA, Mike attended the local schools, participated in school and community sports and graduated from Plymouth-Whitemarsh High School. Mike later attended The Fox School of Business at Temple University and received his Bachelors in Business, with a focus in Human Resources and Real Estate. A veteran of Conshohocken area for more than three decades,  he and his father have participated in their own personal property investments, construction and management which has strengthened his growing knowledge of market and territory. His participation in his community has made him a well known and respected business owner in the area. Mike currently holds his Associate Broker License through Keller Williams Main Line Realty, and also maintains his Real Estate License in New Jersey. He currently helps coach and mentor his fellow agents. He has also been coached for more than 10 years by the leading Real Estate coaches in North America. His experience and skills have earned him numerous awards including Presidents Elite and Presidents Diamond Society.  He is co-owner of The Home Experts For You Team. His team has consistently been one of the Top Teams in the Philadelphia region. In addition, Mike also works with Estates, Relocation, Development, New Construction, and as a Consultant.

Matt grew up in a large family and was raised in northeast Philadelphia. He attended Cardinal Dougherty High School and LaSalle University. He graduated with a major in information technology and minor in business. Matt was a born business owner. He literally started selling lemonade on the corner when he was 7 yrs old. He worked 3 jobs throughout high school to help pay tuition. His entrepreneur spirit kicked into high drive when he was a freshman in college. He started his own business and ran is successfully for almost 10 years. Real Estate was his true passion and after doing it part time for 4 years, he decided to sell the business and go full time with his real estate career, and he hasn’t looked back since. Matt is co-owner of the Home Experts For You Team with Mike Sroka. He attributes his success in real estate to a steadfast commitment to customer satisfaction. Agents whose only goal is to close a deal or maximize their return on a single transaction are both short sighted and disingenuous. By focusing on the best interest of his clients, he builds long term relationships that last, and result in repeat business and referrals.
