Nicole Masters

Nicole Masters lives in Roseville, California and has been here for a little over 6 years. She is originally from Oregon and moved to California as soon as she had a few thousand dollars in her bank account and a dream in her heart haha. Cheesy, but kind of true. Nicole always wanted to be in the sun as much as possible, and between the mountains, lakes, and beaches, she felt like California was calling her name! Nicole moved here with her husband (then boyfriend) and they’ve loved every minute of it. They have two dogs, a beagle named Cooper and a frenchie named Charlie, and they’re the centers of their world! (She knows anyone with dogs and no kids can relate) She enjoys hiking, camping, going to the gym, going out for drinks with friends, and meeting new people! They own two investment properties themselves, and she loves helping first time investors as well as traditional home buyers! It’s a fun and exciting world to be a part of. They own an Airbnb in Joshua Tree as well as their primary home where they rent out 5 of their bedrooms while living there – *insert wide eyed emoji here*. It’s a little unconventional but has allowed them to buy their second investment property and remodel the kitchen, all in less than 2 years!
