Peter Hernandez is President and Founder of Teles Properties. He oversees branch management, marketing, brokerage and transactional management, and the recruiting of agents. Peter began his career in 1970 at the family firm Hernandez Realty, the leading agency in Marina Del Rey. He joined Jon Douglas Company in 1983 and worked as a top-producing agent until 1988 when he began his management career overseeing several offices for both Jon Douglas and Coldwell Banker as a branch manager and was later promoted to regional manager. Most recently, Peter served as President and COO for Coldwell Banker in Orange County where he managed 17 offices and increased the sales force to approximately 1,100 agents in less than five years. During his tenure he successfully implemented three acquisitions-Dyson and Dyson Company, the Balboa Real Estate Company and Strada Properties.
