Trish Williams

Trish Williams is a rising REALTOR in Las Vegas . Starting her career in November 2014, she shot up within the ranks of her agency in a short amount of time. In 2015 alone, she received numerous awards for her hard work and perseverance, including: The Tenacity Award, Growth Partner Award, Spirit Award, Various awards for production, and even 2015 Rookie of The Year. Trish has also completed various additional training, including graduating the Mentor Program , receiving the designation of a Certified Negotiations Expert, and graduating Dave Ramsey’s Financial Peace University. In a short period, Trish had already sold over 10 million dollars in real estate volume. In 2016 She served as a Technology Chair-member Of the Associate Leadership Council, and ranked number 5 in overall production in her brokerage, the highest ranked single agent office-wide.

Although Trish’s undeniable track record speaks leagues in itself, the biggest testament to her level of success is in that 90% of her business is referral based. Many of her clients are so astonished by her vigorous and exemplary work ethic that their friends and relatives will come to her, excited for the prospects of doing business together. This charisma even lead her to be recognized and featured in Pat Hiban Interviews Real Estate Rockstars.

Trish was born and raised in Las Vegas, and as a local, she has background working in commercial construction, interior design as well as interior painting and scenic art. This has led her to be specialized in staging homes and knowing how to best showcase your house. Out of the box thinking and creative marketing are tools for success in marketing your listings to their fullest potential. To this means, she provides cutting edge technology in marketing listings to get homeowners the best return on their greatest investment.

Trish is also familiar with the first time homebuyer programs here in Las Vegas and works closely with some of the best lenders in the business. She has helped many people over the past few years achieve the dream of home ownership, even when they thought it was not possible.

As a local, Trish knows the workings of the Las Vegas market. She graduated from Eldorado High School and is very much a part of the same community she works within, volunteering for local charities, and funding her biggest passion which is helping youth in the area be able to attend summer camps, and activities .
