Emmanuel Guarino

Emmanuel and his wife Bekah Guarino are a married couple who specialize in helping clients buy and sell assisted living homes. Their family personally owns and operates three care homes in Phoenix and Scottsdale. They also help teach individuals who are looking to get into the industry the ins and outs of this business. With many of their students looking in Arizona for great homes and businesses to buy, Emmanuel and Bekah have become some of the leading experts in this field.

They believe that residential assisted living homes are not only a great investment, but a fantastic opportunity to serve others by providing wonderful care to seniors in need in a setting that truly feels like their own personal home.
