Corby Goade
Corby has been in the real estate industry for over 20 years as an investor, rehabber, agent and landlord. As his investing experience grew, he found more and more friends and family were asking for help and advice, so he and his wife started a property management business in hopes of offering more ethical property management. As that business began to grow organically, more and more of his clients and investors started asking for help sourcing, underwriting and managing investment properties, so he got his real estate license and got right to work.
Since then, he has grown a team and his property management business with the investor in mind. His team only works with investors and they offer the ability to tap in to their network of partners and resources to any prospective clients.
The team of agents is small but mighty at only four people, but they oversee approximately 75 transactions per year and over $35MM in sales volume. Their property management business has been growing at over 25% per year and currently have over 300 properties and approximately $175MM in assets under management.
Corby is an advocate for agents getting back to the basics. Meeting prospective clients face to face and providing them with undeniable value, dedication and consistent and proactive communication.
