Chris A. Williams

Chris is the owner/ lead of The Assets Real Estate Team, and a Real Estate Investor. Chris leads a team responsible for representing buyers and sellers of distinguished
properties throughout the Hampton Roads area. He is consistently ranked as a top agent in the area and identified as a Top Real Estate Agent in his market. Chris has won
numerous awards such as- Hampton Roads Realtor Association (HRRA) Circle of Excellence, Top 500 agent out of nearly 10,000 agents in his market, Most Prominent
Agent award, Top Producer award, Social Media Master Marketing Award, and more.

Chris first became a licensed Real Estate Agent at only 20 years old. With no prior Real Estate background or experience, Chris had a very rough start to his career, only selling 2 homes his first year, but exploded the following year into nearly the Top 15% percentile for closed volume for agents in his market. Because Chris had such a rough
start, but a great follow up year, he constantly preaches the importance of believing in yourself and not giving up.

After years of being a Top Agent in his market, Chris started the Assets Real Estate Team, where his goal is to train and empower other people, regardless of their
appearance or background, to empower them to be dominant forces in the Real Estate industry and to be the biggest Asset to their clients.
