Rachel Patterson
Rachel Patterson’s path to real estate was anything but traditional. With a master’s degree in marriage and family therapy, she spent years helping people navigate life’s challenges. But in early 2020, she found herself ready for a change. During the week of the pandemic shutdown, Rachel made the bold decision to pivot her career, enrolling in an online real estate course that summer. By August 1, 2020, she was licensed and sold her first home that same day—a milestone that marked the start of an exciting new chapter.
Rachel’s first year in real estate was a whirlwind, selling 40 homes and achieving over $10 million in production. Since then, she has surpassed $60 million in career sales and is ranked
among the top 5 agents on the southside of Indianapolis. Her expertise extends into the luxury market, where she partners with a custom home builder to help clients design and build homes up to 3 million dollars.
What sets Rachel apart is her ability to build genuine relationships and guide her clients through one of the most important decisions of their lives. Her story is a testament to
