Jim Roche

Jim Roche, a native of Northeast Philadelphia and graduate of Penn State, started his real estate career in 2017 as a part-time pursuit that quickly grew into a top-producing business. In 2019, he launched The Jim Roche Real Estate Team, which rebranded in 2024 to become Rarity Real Estate, now recognized as one of Keller Williams’ top-performing teams nationwide. Jim also founded Rarity.OS, an expansion platform helping agents scale their businesses with proven systems and support. Beyond residential sales, he is a partner in multiple Keller Williams Market Centers, a title company, a property management firm, and several real estate tech investments. His leadership has been recognized on major stages like Keller Williams Family Reunion, Inman Connect, and in Philly Magazine, The Philadelphia Inquirer, and Realtor.com. Jim credits his success to a relentless commitment to growth and gratitude for the opportunities he’s earned. He lives in Ardmore, PA with his wife Dana and their two young children, Liam and Emma.
