Chandler David Smith

Chandler David Smith started as a door to door salesman in 2012 selling pest control. In his first year, he broke the rookie record at Alterra pest control selling 459 accounts in less than four months, bringing in more than $220,000 of revenue in personal sales. He has gone on to recruit, mentor, train, and manage more than 800 sales reps over the last six years. In 2017 alone, Chandler’s sales region Aptive Elite sold and serviced over 20,000 pest control accounts bringing in more than $11,330,000 in gross sales for Aptive Environmental. While expanding his sales region, he has invested in one condo, two homes, two duplex’s, ten fourplex’s, one eightplex, and three commercial buildings totaling 58 doors. He is passionate about sales, real-estate investing, mentoring, travel, and most importantly, his family.
