Eric Bramlett
Eric is the Broker and owner of Bramlett Partners, a locally focused brokerage that reflects the culture, spirit, and uniqueness of Austin, Texas. Originally from the Midwest, Eric moved to Austin in 2002, drawn by the city’s vibrant energy and magnetic appeal for young professionals. What started as a temporary move soon turned into a lifelong passion for real estate and the community he now calls home.
Eric began his real estate career in 2003, just as Austin was growing into the city it is today. He jokes that the challenges of working through the Great Recession is what got him into real estate and has shaped his tenacity, work ethic, and innovative mindset—qualities that have become cornerstones of Bramlett Partners. Under Eric’s leadership, the brokerage has grown into one of Central Texas’s most respected firms, known for its collaborative culture, forward-thinking strategies, and dedication to delivering 5-star service to clients. While Eric no longer works directly with buyers and sellers, his focus is on empowering agents and staff to succeed by continually improving systems, processes, and client experiences.
When he’s not leading the team, Eric enjoys an active outdoor lifestyle with his wife, Ali, their son Beck, and their two dogs, Thor and Bruce. Whether he’s cycling or climbing throughout Austin or skiing and snowboarding in beautiful Colorado, Eric finds inspiration and energy in the outdoors. His favorite bike route is a loop through central Austin, Rollingwood, and downtown, a route that allows him to appreciate the city’s unique character and diversity—a daily reminder of why Austin is home.
