Dylan Koch
Dylan Koch is a pharmacist who turned full time real estate investor. He grew up in the standard Rich Dad Poor Dad scenario where getting good grades and a good job were engrained into his head. When becoming a pharmacist, Dylan was 24 years old making 120k/yr and just thought he should know what to do with his finances. Dove deep down into the never-ending rabbit hole of personal finance and investing. Transitioning from a Dave Ramsey follower to a Robert K. follower, Dylan eventually bought his first house hack in June of 2018. Eventually left his full time W2 as a pharmacist in October of 2021 to pursue real estate full time. Since then, 100+ deals, almost 1mm in company revenue, and 29 doors added personally.
