1 – Mindset – You must start the day with a goal and a mindset that you will achieve that goal. And remember, your mindset also includes thoughts / perspectives that no longer serve you and create a ceiling on your success. You must constantly focus your mindset to break that ceiling – move to a new playing field.
Do you want to wallow in the Comfort Zone or accelerate your success in the Fast Growth Zone? Have a mindset that is willing to let go of the past, embrace the present, and always look towards the future. This mindset allows you to offer more to your clients and impact your clients at a higher level.
2 – Systems – Everything you do must be part of a system and easily replicated. This even includes your success strategy for becoming a real estate millionaire. For example, the most successful listing agents always have a system for how they list and sale homes – from capturing leads to closing the deal. Everything successful people do involves a system.
3 – Execution – If you don’t get up with a goal and mindset that you will achieve that goal along with a plan (a system) and execute that plan, then you will fail. A real estate millionaire’s successful execution system is based on (1)priorities and (2)chunking.
On any given day, you can not have more than 3 priorities and it’s okay to just have one. Each priority must in some way be related to where you want to be in 30 days and where you want to be in 30 days must be related to where you want to be in 12 months. And to not become distracted from your priorities, always chunk your time (e.g., Set aside 30 minutes at the end of the day to reply to emails in one sitting).
