Shawn Cleary

Shawn Cleary is a former Naval Officer turned real estate investor and agent in Charleston, SC. Since becoming an agent in September 2022, he has since closed 135+ sides totaling 50MM+ in volume and another 16 pending (6MM volume) as a solo agent. 2024 was his first year as a full-time agent and he earned around 1MM in GCI.

He aggressively grew and scaled his business through leveraging the power of social media, SOI, and military connections. Although a solo agent for his entire career thus far, Shawn is starting a team going into 2025 and looking to bring on agents. He has two full-time employees and a full-time Virtual Assistant who help with the day-to-day operations. Shawn and his wife, Alyssa, are avid real estate investors and own 8 properties (18 doors) in the highly-appreciating Charleston, SC metro.
