Alex Parker became licensed in 2007 while attending Florida State University. After graduating in 2009, he began to build a highly efficient and responsive team to serve the needs of both buyers and sellers. Part of his business involves working directly with many major financial institutions to act as their local listing agent once they complete the foreclosure process. Due to working directly with the banks, he and his team possess the insight and experience that few others can offer in the market for bank owned properties. Their skill set and background allows them to set proper expectations while minimizing the complications that often deter buyers from pursuing the opportunity to create value through purchase of a bank owned property.
