By building relationships and staying in touch with people, Brad has 1 mass marketing mailer of over 15K pieces that accounts for nearly 30% of all of his listings. After going Level 7 in his business, Brad realized that he wanted to better leverage himself, and is now focusing on multiple streams of income, coaching 3 days-a-week.
