Eric Burch was raised in Jonesboro, Arkansas. He supervised numerous stores and traveled between Alabama, Louisiana, and Mississippi. He then began buying, renovating, and flipping houses on the side as a hobby. His lifelong dream was to pursue real estate. When Hurricane Katrina hit in 2005 it opened a window to move to back home to Jonesboro. His wife, Ann Marie, encouraged him to pursue his dream of real estate. It was the best decision he ever made. Michael Reese, a Lawton, OK native, started his real estate career approximately 7 years ago, but he’s been groomed for sales and excellence his entire life. The son of a Command Sergeant Major said that in his house, his mother had only one way to do things “exactly and completely – there was no gray area.” As a result of this adherence to following through, Mike has excelled in every sales job he’s had. In fact, as a teenager, he was asked by his school to not sell the candy his mother bought for him in bulk at the store because he was outselling the school itself and cutting into their profits.
