Ashley Harwood began her real estate career in 2013 and built a 6-figure business as a solo real estate agent before launching Move Over Extroverts in 2018. Since then, she’s built programs and courses to help her fellow introverts thrive in the real estate industry without feeling like they need to change who they are.

Ashley is a REALTOR® affiliated with Keller Williams Chestnut Hill, serving clients throughout the greater Boston area. Ashley volunteers with her state and local boards of REALTORS®. She grew up in Michigan and resides in Massachusetts with her boyfriend and their crazy orange cat.
